Information families provide

Player registration, payment, family accounts, and team communication are handled through LeagueApps or another league-approved system. The Santa Su website should not collect sensitive player or payment details directly unless a future feature has a documented need, secure handling, and league approval.

Newsletter information

If a visitor subscribes to league updates, the site may send the submitted email address to the league's approved newsletter provider. Newsletter signup is not currently available on this site. Future signup forms should explain where the address is sent and how to unsubscribe.

Youth photography

Baseball photography is central to the site, but public availability does not prove reuse permission. Before production, the league should confirm photographer rights, participant permissions, and any process for requesting that an identifiable image be removed.

Analytics and cookies

The current site does not intentionally add advertising or marketing trackers. If analytics, embedded media, or other tools are introduced, this policy should identify them and describe any related cookies or consent choices.

External services

Registration, sign-in, schedules, maps, social platforms, and the swag store may open third-party websites. Their privacy practices apply once a visitor leaves the Santa Su website.
